Inconsistent......For example,one haircut will be perfect.When I am ready for another cut and I come back in,my current haircut is nothing like my previous visit.

My husband who was HIGHly disappointed with his haircut yesterday in the Gallatin TN location where he normally goes to see Morgan but she was not there so he gave a SECOND chance to one of the other younger girls..not exactly sure of her name but he wanted a hi-low fade..one side was chopped and higher than the other side. His sideburns was higher than his ears with that being said I had to fix this to make him happy and im not even a professional .. normally gets a 6 min hot towel ..only got 3 mins.. very disappointing and will no longer let anyone else do it other than Morgan !
