Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of GALLATIN

I received a haircut and beard trim from Heidi yesterday, August 2nd. This was the first time I have been in a Sport Clips and I was pretty impressed overall. Heidi was both friendly and professional and the haircut and beard looked great when she finished. I felt that the price was very fair since where I normally go I pay more for a similar outcome. I haven't decided whether I will switch and become a regular at Sport Clips, but at the very least I am happy to know that I have options. I get nervous about new barbers/stylists trimming my beard, so when I find someone who does a good job, I will stay with them. That said, I'm sure that this won't be my last time going to Sport Clips; especially since appointments at my usual barber need to be made many days in advance (therefore making my life more difficult since I often don't know when I'll have "free time" to get a cut). That is another plus about Sport Clips... if I wake up one morning and find that I have nothing on the schedule, I can pop in and get a haircut/beard trim without an appointment!

On previous visit, stylist I signed up for online passed me on to another stylist...very poor haircut. Decided to give one more try...signed in online...arrived on time...sign and text message said “on deck”...was then bumped to a 25 minute wait. I didn’t waste my time with this location anymore and walked out. Don’t waste your time either!!

Great place, amazing customer service, outstanding work and clean establishments. We are always satisfied at the end of our visit. Our last visit yesterday we visited my mom in Mt. Juliet TN, and we stop to get my son's haircut and the stylist helped us with our vision. My son wants to let he's hair grow, so she gaive us great recommendations and she did a good job, but this morning walking around the house I noticed that it looked a little choppy on the back, so we came to the one close to our house in Gallatin TN. And we asked if they could blend it a little more. They were so understanding and willing to make it rigth, no hesitation and they fixed him rigth up. They were great. Thank you so much for the great job ladies. Always a pleasure to come.
